All prices shown on the web site include VAT at the prevailing rate.


It is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to placing your order as production can start immediately after you place your order.

All goods supplied on this website are custom made to your specific sizing and requirements and therefore we cannot accept cancellations, as these goods will not be suitable for resale by us, without levying a charge. If an order has been processed into production but production hasn’t begun, then the order can be cancelled and a handling fee of £15 will be charged. If production has started prior to you cancelling the order then a charge will be levied to reflect the materials already used in the production. If the products have been completed prior to you cancelling the order then the full balance of the order is chargeable.

All goods supplied by us are custom made to your specification and sizing requirements. As such, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to placing your order as production may start immediately after you place your order.


We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or one or more of the goods you have ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information made by us.

If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.


Payments must be made in £ Sterling to our Trade Partner.


Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although we aim to send the product to our trade partner within 10 working days of your order. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within 21 days of your order, we will notify you by email and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

LuxuryBlindsDirect cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers or any other third party.

LuxuryBlindsDirect only delivers within the UK. All items dispatched are fully insured during transit. We will notify all customers, via email, once orders have been dispatched.

In addition to the price, a delivery charge may be payable in respect of deliveries made to some locations within the UK.


As we manufacture all of our own blinds we have total control over the quality of the components and fabrics used and total control of all the production processes used. As a result, we are able to offer 12 month guarantee on all our made to measure blinds.

LuxuryBlindsDirect guarantees that, assuming the blinds have been correctly installed, all our blinds will be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of 12 months from date of order. Should any defect occur during this time, we will, at our expense, repair or replace the defective parts or materials with like for like or similar. This guarantee excludes removal from end users’ windows. Your guarantee is invalid if the failure was caused by incorrect installation, misuse or abuse, accidental damage, failure to follow measuring or fitting instructions, normal wear and tear or, in the case of wooden venetian blinds, warpage due to exposure to high humidity.
